We offer feeding therapy using the SOS (Sequential Oral Sensory) approach, supporting children who experience challenges with eating, food variety, or mealtime behaviours.

This approach focuses on building positive relationships with food in a gradual, supportive, and pressure-free way.

Feeding therapy may support:

  • Limited food variety or picky eating

  • Sensory sensitivities to textures, smells, or tastes

  • Anxiety or distress around mealtimes

  • Difficulty progressing through age-appropriate feeding stages

Sessions are tailored to each child and family, with practical strategies that can be carried into everyday routines at home.
